was no pressure and Randy was very knowledgable. It was a great
experience being able to test drive many models. The people who I work

My husband and I went out to look at some cars this evening. We
ended up at Infinity of Elk Grove, California. We had a specific price
in mind. Our dealer, Dan Perez, did not try to pressure us into looking
at higher priced cars. He showed us only the car that we were
interested in looking at. When it came time to discuss price Dan worked
with us to reach the monthy payment we were able to afford. We left
with a new car and within the price range that we were willing to and
able to afford!

The overall customer service is good. The service department
staff is competent and friendly. I have never had to return to the
service department because of poor quality work. My only gripe is that
the service department is not open on weekends. The service advisor
that I am assigned to anticipates my questions and does thorough
assessments. Service department pricing is always fair; in fact, it is
sometimes exceptionally good. I would recommend the service department
at Infiniti of Elk Grove to my co-workers, family, friends, and
strangers.

Our first visit to Elk
Grove Infiniti was an unforgetable sales experience. Impressively We like to
thank a sale associate, Michael Pham ,who helped me and my wife to decide which
car mostly fit to our needs in no time. He 's so friendly and knowledgable about
the cars. He amazingly answered all of the questions we had all the way and
comfortably spent his times with us for a several test drives to ensure that we
made a right choice toward a new car without any stress or pressure.
In other
words, Everything was typically done stright forward and simple.
We are
glad we come to the right place where we feel comfortable to do a business with
-- the people ,facility and hopefully the quality of the service department is
up to our expectation! Finally we 've got our new G37s anniversary sedan 2010

Grove my highest recommendaton for sales and service. My husband and I have
leased two vehicles from them in the last 4 years. Their sales staff are low
pressure, very knowledgable of their vehicles and help you breeze through the
paperwork. The service department is great. I recently had the 7500 mile service
on my M35. There was a problem with one of the windows and the tint had become
scratched. Ed Ramos, their Service Manager, provided me with a loaner car so
they could remove the panel and check the window thoroughly and even though they
could not find anything wrong with the window itself, he had the scratched
window tinting replaced free of charge to me. Thank you Infiniti of Elk

I have worked with Irving for a number of years. He has always
been courteous, friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, today he went above
and beyond to help me with a flat tire. Because of work commitments, I could not
come in to have the tire replaced until 4:30 pm. He arranged to have himself and
others at Elk Grove Infiniti to stay for me and he personally changed the tire
so that I could drive safely. They didn't have to do this, but he and others did
so because I have been an individual who has always brought my Infiniti to Elk
Grove Infiniti since the dealership opened. As Irving said, this is what they do
as part of their customer service. I have one question: How many service
departments would have gone out of their way to work later than they needed to
do in order to accommodate the needs of a client? Because of this one action,
Irving has assured that I will always work with Elk Grove Infiniti. I sincerely
thank the Irving and the dealership that he represents.

We came into the dealership looking for an SUV. Todd was very
helpful and took his time to let us test drive both FX and EX multiple
times (with different options). He spent hours of his time (over two
visits to the dealership) to make sure that all our concerns are
addressed and all our questions are answered.
After coming to
conclusion about which car and the correct options of the car, the price
negotiation was quick and straightforward. He even took his time to
pick us up the day of the car purchase and walked through all the
features of the car.

The Infiniti of Elk Grove facility is impeccable. The staff are
caring and concerned about me as a client. The community engagement of
the owner is inspiring. This was my first visit with this car to the
Elk Grove dealership. It has been serviced with excellence by the
Nissan Quick Lube located next door. My only recommendation is that the
Quick Lube staff make strong recommendations when they spot potential
problems that require the client go to the dealership for service. I
had a brake issue but my warning light never came on. I had mentioned
the amount of brake dust to the guys at the Quick Lube they stated that
they do not service brakes but failed to mention that I should have my
car checked by dealership. I am a firm beliver in full service/ full
circle business. It is the bases of what makes great business.
Together, Infiniti of Elk Grove and Nissan Quick Lube have the
opportunity to be second to none in complete service as referral
partners, especially for female owners who don't hardly care about
service but never want thier car to stop on them.

I find the people I encounter at this dealership very professional, yet personable and friendly. I cannot yet rate quality of work as the work must be resheduled-until the arrival of an ordered part. I appreciate the unlimited "free" carwash offered by this dealer. Every so often, I stop by after work, get the car washed and vacuumed, so the vehicle always looks good.

We brought our Q56 into the dealer for a routine serivice. Waited while the car was getting worked on. Later that day we noticed that the AC wasn't very cold at all, so we dropped by the dealer at 5:15pm hoping that their might be an outside chance that someone in the service dept could take a look at it.(We were leaving on a 5 day trip the next day and it was 105 degrees outside) Eddie from the service dept steppped up and said he would take a look at it. An hour later the problem was fixed. Needless to say I was very please that someone after hours would step up and take care of the problem. our 7 hour trip with 2 kids and no AC was saved!!!

When I walk into this place I feel like Norm from Cheers, everyone says hello. I have bought a few cars from Infiniti of Elk Grove, used and new, and from the Sales floor to the Service and Parts counter, they all provide the best customer service. I have bought American cars in the past, and it was Infiniti of Elk Grove that kept me excited about coming back for more. Great people to work with.
At the service desk, Eddie and Irving offer you the best options that will suit the needs of your vehicle when you bring it in. They don't run around and swindle you into service or part items you do not need, like most car dealerships I have gone to in the past where you feel taken advantage of. Service always with a smile, no matter how early it is.
Victor and Peter at the Parts counter, offer various items to increase the appearance or performance of your vehicle. I have had the exhaust, intake, front lip, spoiler and other various items installed on my 2007 G35 sedan, and every visit has been with a smile and an honest sale. Very competitive pricing and always top notch parts. They are always willing to work with you and find the best parts you are looking for, to make sure you walk out excited about what you are about to install on your vehicle.
Steve and his sales team, hey they keep trying to get me into another car and guess what, I end up driving out with one. Friendly people with no pressure attitudes more like hanging out with friends and talking about cars then talking about how they can close the deal. Knowledgeable folks that keep me coming back, sometimes too many times.
Rena, the receptionist, always makes me feel welcome. Goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you are comfortable while you wait.

The employees at Infiniti of Elk Grove are very knowledgeable of their products, friendly, no pressure sales people. Their lots, showrooms, waiting areas, restrooms are immaculately clean. They take pride in their business. They make sure you know every detail about the product you are buying. This sales experience is my second at this establishment, the first being four years ago, both ending in a vehicle being purchased. On the car lot, while looking at the vehicle I was interested in, Todd Ritter answered all my questions, asked if I wanted to unlock vehicle to sit in and inspect the equipment. He would show me any number of cars I wanted to see. When I had selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I was taken inside and shown to a seat, asked if I wanted a beverage and was never left to wait while he did the sales work. I was in luck, as they gave me a great trade-in price for my old vehicle and took more than five thousand dollars off the new vehicle. I traded a 2005 G35 Coupe for an almost fully loaded 2009 G37S Coupe. Todd had to find my car from another dealer, fortunately there was one available just an hours drive away. I had my car the next day. I handed over a check for the balance after the trade-in and it is paid in full. I felt very relaxed working with Todd, as he is definitely a "people" person, made me very comfortable.
Matthew Toles, Finance Manager, handled the contract work and payment, explaining the process each step of the way. He was great to work with, also. Absolutely no pressure. He and Todd almost felt like my younger brothers, I had a great time!!
I have been to this establishment for service work and have never been disappointed. I never have to wait excessively, all work is completed and done right and my car is always clean and freshly washed when picked up.
I would recommend Infiniti of Elk Grove to anyone interested in purchasing a new Infiniti...they are a "First Class" organization. When your purchase is complete, that doesn't end your experience with Infinit of Elk Grove, they follow through with phone calls thanking you for your business, send thank you cards through the mail and invite you, at any time, to contact them to answer your questions, and if you need anything from them.
In four years, I'm going back for another Infiniti and, I'm sure, a great buying experience.

Eddie always makes me feel at ease and well taken care of. As a woman I've had past dealership experience where I felt taken advantage of and talked down to. Even though I'm treated in a professional manner - I feel like I'm an old friend when I bring my business to Infiniti of Elk Grove. I'm remembered and greeted warmly, taken care of quickly, my car gets a wash and vacuum and as a result my Infiniti is the best driving experience I've had - better then my BMW experience where I've had to stand in the service area and have no one acknowledge me and be told they were too short on staff to wash & vacuum my car after paying for service! The owner of Infiniti is an honest and friendly man and I have no problem recommending my friends and family to this dealership. Even my friends who don't drive an infiniti bring their cars to them for service. Eddie is the man to see for your vehicle service needs.

He was being very helpful and also explain the details in what I will need to do. When I arrived, it was closing time. Eddie was gone home and Irvin was nice enough to help me with the paperwork even though it was after hours. Eddie and Irvin made me forgotten that I've had any car trouble because of the customer service they have provided me.

Irving has been my service consultant each time I bring my car in my service and he is knowledgable, courteous and I am very satisfied with the service.
He does an excellent job.

As I told the receptionist when I picked up my car...I've owned 15 new vehicles since I was a teenager...so I've been to a lot of dealerships, and have several makes. This the Infiniti is my favorite car so far and this particular dealership has the best atmosphere and nicest staff I've encountered. In a couple of years, when I'm realdy for a new car, I'll definitely head to Elk Grove.

The service has always been great. This is our 2nd Infiniti. Love the car however since new it developed a knock from the valve train. When I took it in it was recommended to use the VERY EXPENSIVE oil. It did fix the knock but at $100 for an oil change ?????? I feel that on a car of this quality it should not have developed a knock in the first place.

Matt Cox was my primary contact. Most of our contacts were via email and telephone and I found him to be very knowledgeable, informative and courteous. When I had made a preliminary selection of a vehicle and needed to see the car, he went out of his way to accommodate my difficult schedule. When I finally came into the dealership (175 miles from my home)Matt gave me his undivided attention and was willing to show me as many alternatives as I wanted to see. Steve and Matt made the whole process extremely easy, including turning in my previously leased Infiniti. I have had great experiences with this dealership--I have purchased two cars from them, so the repeat business should speak for itself. The sales folks were easy to work with--no games or anything with pricing or upsell of add-ons--it was a no hassle transaction. The service department has always been very professional. Luckily, I have had no service trips other than scheduled maintenance, but that has been handled very well, so I would not worry about having major work done at the dealership.

Called in for appointment because car making noise when starting (sounded like something wrong with starter). Got appointment and then called day before to bring car in and leave overnight. All that was handled well. Got call at 9am next day with diagnosis of problem and estimate of cost. Didn't ask when would be done. When didn't hear anything back at 3pm I called and Irving was on another line and asked if I wanted his voice mail and I said I'd like to hold. I held about 3-4 minutes and then lady came back on and said Irving was still on phone and I left a call back number with her. Irving called back in about 20 minutes saying car was ready. Picked up the car about 5pm and that was all handled well. I have no idea on the quality of the work at this time but assume it was done well. The other times I had work done it was done well and had no problem with it.
Overall it was a good experience (keeping in mind that no one likes to bring a car in for repairs)and I think you have some very professional people working at the dealership.
Oh, one more item, one of your young mechanics came walking through the afternoon I brought the car in and while I was sitting and waiting for Irving to finish with another customer outside, and he asked if I'd been helped. I thought that was a nice touch of customer service.

This was my first visit to Elk Grove Infiniti. The staff was excellent and the service was excellent. I needed a few repairs along with the maintenance; everything was well taken care of.
I waited at the location for my car and was there since mid-morning, I was offered a ride to go get lunch because of the length it was going to take to get my car finished. Best of all my car was ready 1 hour before it was promised!

The sales manager Dan is very professional. He provided the price over the phone and took the time to show my family the EX35/FX45, he spent the time on my test drive even it is very late in the evening. He made my wife and I feel respectful, no sales pressure, and provided all the information in a honest and straight forward manner. I would highly recommend Dan and this dealer to all my family and friends.
Elk Grove Infiniti would be a perfect dealer to me if they could use a finance person with the same kind of courtesy, respectful and positive attitude.

The Infiniti of Elk Grove facility is impeccable. The staff are caring and concerned about me as a client. The community engagement of the owner is inspiring. This was my first visit with this car to the Elk Grove dealership. It has been serviced with excellence by the Nissan Quick Lube located next door. My only recommendation is that the Quick Lube staff make strong recommendations when they spot potential problems that require the client go to the dealership for service. I had a brake issue but my warning light never came on. I had mentioned the amount of brake dust to the guys at the Quick Lube they stated that they do not service brakes but failed to mention that I should have my car checked by dealership. I am a firm beliver in full service/ full circle business. It is the bases of what makes great business. Together, Infiniti of Elk Grove and Nissan Quick Lube have the opportunity to be second to none in complete service as referral partners, especially for female owners who don't hardly care about service but never want thier car to stop on them.

I just purchased my first Infiniti and I LOVE IT!!! I had a small concern with two items so I called for an appointment to bring my car back in. The service members were very accomodating and polite. I got the appointment time I requested and no hassle at all. They had a loaner for me and addressed both of my isssues to my satisfaction. (A totally new experience for me as I was used to dealing with General Motors and their standard "could not duplicate customer concern") I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle.

The work that was done was to fix a rock chip that was discovered during my final walk through at purchase time. The work was done perfectly and I was given a very nice loaner for the duration of the work.

Grove: We were able to purchase any car we wanted at this point in our
lives and were moving from a very large SUV into something smaller but we were
not sure what. The very first car we drove was an Infiniti G37 sedan and Dan
Perez was the first car salesman we met when we started the process. We then
proceeded to drive another 15 - 18 more cars in our quest to find the right car
for our family. We ended up right back where we started, with the same sales rep
and couldn't be happier with our choice!

Grove: I was looking for a used car for my daughter, who is away at
college. I just needed something modest and reliable under $5k and Elk Grove
Infiniti came up with a great option - even after the first used car I was going
to purchase was sold. I wasn't looking forward to the used car shopping trek,

Ron was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very welcoming, but did not
overly pressure me into buying the car on the day that I test drove it. He let
