The staff was excellent and the service was excellent. I needed a few repairs along with the maintenance; everything was well taken care of. I waited at the location for my car and was there since mid-morning, I was offered a ride to go get lunch because of the length it was going to take to get my car finished. Best of all my car was ready 1 hour before it was promised! |

He provided the price over the phone and took the time to show my family the EX35/FX45, he spent the time on my test drive even it is very late in the evening. I would highly recommend Dan and this dealer to all my family and friends. Despite my flirtations with other dealers and other cars, this dealership always maintained a professional and courteous approach to selling, and never employed any hard sell techniques. The sales folks were easy to work with--no games or anything with pricing or upsell of add-ons--it was a no hassle transaction. The service department has always been very professional. Luckily, I have had no service trips other than scheduled maintenance, but that has been handled very well, so I would not worry about having major work done at the dealership. |

The very first car we drove was an Infiniti G37 sedan and Dan Perez was the first car salesman we met when we started the process. We then proceeded to drive another 15 - 18 more cars in our quest to find the right car for our family. We ended up right back where we started, with the same sales rep and couldn't be happier with our choice! |

Ron was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very welcoming, but did not overly pressure me into buying the car on the day that I test drove it. He let the car sell itself. Willy was also very responsive and helpful |
