After searching online for weeks at multiple car lots, we finally found what we were looking for at Elk Grove Infinity. After contacting them via email, Lee Mahoney called me within 10 minutes to set up a test drive. We drove down from Rocklin, and as soon as we pulled in Lee greated us in the parking lot. He had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go!! Lee was awesome from start to finish!! He was very friendly, full of knowledge, and was NEVER pushy. Once we finalized our decision, Lee handed us off to Mohammed for financing. Mohammed did a great job. He was very professional, but also extremely nice and fun to talk to!! The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish! We highly reccomend Elk Grove Infinity, it was SO worth the drive :) Best experience buying a car and the staff was AWESOME!

I chose this dealership because their service reviews were very good and better than some other INFINITI Dealerships. They did not let me down. The service technician, Jack, was great to work with. He went over everything in detail and his follow up was excellent. He made sure that any issues covered under warranty were not charged to me. Alex was great to deal with during my 6 weeks of QX 60 car searching!!! He wasn't pushy at all, but would check in to let me know the car I was interested in, was still available even after 6 weeks of my visit to Elk Grove Infinity. The dealer wasn't willing to drop the price, but after I emailed Alex other cars that were being sold for cheaper, he convinced the manager to match the deal offer from another Infinity dealer!
