I’m not new to buying preowned cars, it can take hours on hours and can be a really stressful experience. Lee made everything so easy for us. We were able to play around in the showroom with our very active kiddo while paper work was drawn up. We got a very fair price on what we were looking for and even got a complimentary extended warranty. Everyone at the dealership was very sweet with our son and really accommodating. From answering the phone with Ms. Kim to inquire about my needs to the whole car process with Mr. Lee to the manager who worked out our car selling deal to the finance team with Mo who finalized the details, each part of the process were all executed smoothly and professionally by each individual.
