I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and was in urgent need of a new
I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and was in urgent need of a new car because someone hit my previous car, totaling it. I was so stressed out going into this, but this was by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had thanks to my Sales Rep, Charlesetta Peoples (Mrs. Charlie). She was amazing! She was kind, patient and explained everything to me and my husband. She answered any questions we had and wasn't bothered by any requests to see, or hear, about any additional cars than the one we originally went to go see. We took our (very shy) 9 year old daughter with us and she even had her chatting up a storm. When we left the dealership, in our new car, my daughter turned and said "I really really like her mom!" She is the reason we made the final decision to purchase from INFINITI of Elk Grove and I would highly recommend going there to work with her! Mo Mossa helped us with the financial piece, and he was also amazing! He was kind, patient and explained all of the financial aspects of the purchase to us without skipping a beat. This dealership has always treated me well. They continue to deliver a great experience. This time it was with me buying out my lease. Charlesetta was awesome. The customer service they provided me was incredible and I felt like I was going in to catch up with a good friend of mine even though this is my true first experience with them. They provided me water and snacks while I waited and even put on music of my choice while I waited which, was awesome. After this, I got to speak with Mohammed to finish out the buying process. This was once again a great experience and help me through the process. They provided me all the options available to me for my purchase and explained each well. Lee went above and beyond to get my truck ready in a very short timeframe. He tracked down the extra key that was not given to the dealer. I was a little bummed that used cars only receive a 1/4 tank.
